The Henan Jingtian Fabrication Base has established a comprehensive steel component fabrication process tailored to the supporting needs of steel‑structure and membrane‑structure projects. Based on project drawings and on‑site requirements, the base handles all processing stages, including steel cutting, sectioning, riveting, welding, grinding, rust removal, coating, and final shipment, providing fabrication support for membrane‑structure grandstands, entrance canopies, tubular trusses, custom‑shaped steel components, and externally sourced welded assemblies.

From the receipt of raw materials to the shipment of finished products, Jingtian adheres to standardized processing and process‑oriented management, striving to deliver steel membrane structure products that feature sound structural design, reliable fabrication, and consistent on‑time delivery.
