Henan Jingtian completed a membrane structure frame design and fabrication project for a non-motor vehicle shelter in Zhengzhou. The shelter is about 6m wide and 30m long, used for electric bike and bicycle parking, sunshade, and rain protection. Jingtian provided membrane steel frame design, component fabrication, welding, and surface treatment to create a stable support system for later membrane installation.
Henan Jingtian Membrane Structure Engineering Co., Ltd. completed a membrane structure entrance building project for Zhengzhou Foxconn Park. The project includes 6 large-span entrance structures for sunshade, aesthetics, and park image enhancement. Pipe truss beams were used as the main load-bearing system. Jingtian provided design, fabrication, and on-site installation service in China, and can provide fabrication, packaging, shipment, installation drawings, and remote technical guidance for overseas projects.
Henan Jingtian Membrane Structure Engineering Co., Ltd. completed a steel structure factory expansion project in Shanxi, providing integrated design, fabrication, and installation service. The factory is about 30m high, with a land area of about 3,000㎡ and a building area of about 6,000㎡. After site investigation of the existing factory structure, Jingtian developed a reinforcement and expansion solution using pipe truss columns as main load-bearing members to ensure structural stability and control cost.

Henan Jingtian Membrane Structure Engineering Co., Ltd. completed a warehouse steel structure canopy project in Pingdingshan. The canopy is about 11m wide and 40m long, covering about 440㎡. The main frame uses galvanized square tubes, while the roof combines color steel sheets with daylight panels. One daylight panel was installed between every two color steel sheets to improve natural lighting. The project used 15-year warranty materials, with a total period of about 15 days and on-site installation completed in about 5 days.
